There are still do not have acces to essential good and services to support their everyday living because of poverty and passiveness of the government. Most filipino living in poverty are often deprived of such services and goods because they cannot afford it. Partly, it is the governments fault since it is their duty to manage the countrys funds and allocate it to those in need, because of their passiveness, their are lacking of equipments, facilities and goods in most poor communities
