The size of the balloon decreases
When temperature decreases, volume also decreases if the amount of gas and pressure are constant.
When temperature decreases, kinetic energy of gas molecules also decreases. When kinetic energy of gas molecules decreases, the molecules will tend to get closer between one another occupying a lesser volume.
According to Charles law, volume is directly proportional to kelvin temperature when the amount of gas and pressure are constant. When temperature decreases, volume also decreases.
